Can fit size 4 to a size 6 ( maybe even an 8 but can't say for sure). Photo shown is the same outfit.
I made 2 in the exact same size and they have a lot of stretch. One girl is a B cup size 4, the other a D cup size 6 for reference.
I am including the brooch we used on the front that I bought separately. I just stitched it on the front for event-not currently attached.
