Vintage 1970's
Made in France & finished in their most iconic "Flame" a fiery orange color
Teak wood handle is impressed with "TECK", the French word for Teak. It has a cast iron ring for hanging.
Smooth off white enamel coated interior & an orange enamel outer surface except for the raw cast iron bottom ring
Spouted edge to the left of the handle, NO LID
Marked LE CREUSET & MADE IN FRANCE with #18
The #18 refers to the diameter in centimeters
Approx. measurements: 7 inches diameter rim to rim. 6 in long handle. 3 inches deep.
Pre-owned in good condition. I treated the handle with food grade mineral oil. There is some black & rusty discoloration on part of the raw cast iron ring and just the slightest bit of brown rusty discoloration along the rim. The handle has a superficial black burn mark.
