Kodak EK4 instant camera. This model was part of Kodak's first line of instant cameras, produced from 1976 to 1978.
It uses PR10 (also known as PR144) instant film packs, which are no longer produced.
Unlike later models, the EK4 features a manual film ejection system that uses a hand crank on the side of the camera.
It is fitted with an f/11, 137mm lens & has manual focus with a sliding control on the face of the camera.
The camera has automatic exposure control with a lighten/darken adjustment slider.
It is powered by a 6V flat
A flip-flash socket is located on top of the camera for connecting external flash units.
The Kodak EK4 is a vintage & collectible item, particularly due to the history surrounding the patent infringement lawsuit filed by Polaroid against Kodak, which eventually led to Kodak withdrawing from the instant photography market in the 1980s.
