Incredible NWT Deadstock vintage 1970s Just Mort acrylic chenille knit dress in Periwinkle blue, size Small. Made in the USA. Just Mort was produced by Russ Togs but still designed by Mortimer Goldman, aka "Mr. Mort" or "Just Mort". Fun fact about me: my grandfather ran the Russ Togs factory where this dress was produced!
Belted. Overhead entry with four buttons at chest. Falls just below the knee. made in Taiwan. 100% acrylic. This piece sold for $40 -- quite pricey at the time! See photo of original price tag. The color is FABULOUS and the most beautiful purple-y blue.
Dress has some stretch to it. Please consider measurements before purchasing: 13.5" shoulder to shoulder laid flat, 17" armpit to armpit laid flat, 13.5" waist laid flat, 15" shoulder to waist, 43" shoulder to bottom hem. In New condition with no wear and no flaws.
