NWT Very pretty Torrid black satin surplice top. V-shaped surplice neckline, long blouson sleeves with smocked cuffs, empire waist with elastic in back, lovely tie detail in middle of back that creates a cut out look, tie can be untied or adjusted a bit, thin strap across shoulder blade area in back to allow for a sexy v-shaped exposed back area, made with a lightweight satin woven fabric.
