This is a vintage Pilot Custom fountain pen.
The nib is an F, but it writes with an M width when you apply a little more pressure.
Pilot gold nibs are known for their flexibility, allowing for comfortable variation in line width, similar to calligraphy. They also have a generous ink flow.
The cap is a snap-on type, not a twist-on.
This pen was used for a while and then stored for a long time. It shows signs of wear and tear, including minor scratches. The "PILOT" logo on the cap is faded.
