This is the first printing of Eastman & Laird's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Issue no. 7.
I bought it from Mile High Comics in the early '00s. It was graded when I purchased it, but somehow the comic was switched out of its original bag at some point, and I don't remember what their grading evaluation was.
I'm not an expert on comic grading, but my guess is the comic in is 'near mint' condition. Maybe the upper limit of 'very fine'. I'm not sure.
The interior and exterior are in excellent shape. With a close look, there's some minor wear at the top and bottom corner of the spine. And there's an ever so faint hint of wear, about a quarter inch in, near the top of the spine. But the book has been stored in a secure, cool, dry place since I've owned it, and is in the same condition it was when I bought it.
