Tomorrowland Ballsey Milling Twill Semi-Wide Pants

I purchased these at a department store at the end of last year and have never worn them; they still have the tags.

The reason for the "as-is" condition is that I had the waist taken in by 3 centimeters at the department store's alteration shop immediately after purchase (two-way adjustment), but the elastic inside the back waistband came loose. The back waistband is elasticated, and it seems that the stitching was not secure when it was altered, causing one side of the elastic to come undone.

I no longer need these as I couldn't wear them when I needed to.
Are there any buyers who can repair them themselves?
