This is not signed but appears to be a vintage Kenneth J Lane piece, based on the others listed/sold.
Clear Lucite (yellow Tint)
There is an imperfection on the lucite. A small black color near one of the seeds. Looks like it might have been made like this , may be able to be cleaned off? I just did not want to mess with it and potentially ruin the lucite.
