Vintage fabric by manufacturer "FIT TO PRINT" called "Kenta" which I believe is a misspelling of "Kente" of Kente cloth, an African textile originally intended as royal cloth for kings and queens, its bold patterns and colors tell stories and convey specific meanings, making it a powerful symbol of heritage and pan-Africanism worn for important occasions. "Kenta" is a male Japanese name meaning "healthy & strong". Its pattern looks more African than Japanese to me, but who knows?
The pattern is a vibrant geometric in rust browns & oranges with blue green black & cream highlights. Excellent condition; some storage wrinkles.
About 43" wide by 71" long (1-inch shy of 2 yards). Sold as a single piece.
